Greenville Avenue Pizza Company
“In the fall of 1942, Greenville Avenue Pizza Company opened its doors. An American milestone emerged as the seventh Pizzeria in the land.
A true visionary, our grandma paddled the Atlantic in her rickerty canoe determined to reach the United States and provide Americans with the finest pizza available anywhere. She had a stash of parmesan cheese, a roma tomato and a dream. Inspired by secret ingredients and famly recipes spanning generations, grandma’s dream of sharing her bounty and opening her very own pizzeria quickly became a reality. You know how the story goes…
Actually, everyone has a “story”, don’t they?
We do, but it’s not exactly the one you just read. The point is that we believe our dreams have become reality and we’re as determined as grandma ever was, or could have been, in providing our patrons with the finest, freshest ingredients available in any pizzeria on Earth. In fact, grandma had nothing to do with this. With a differant approach to the tradionial pizzeria, we pieced together our restaurant from a hodge-podge of influences. We think you’ll definitely agree that we’re doing things a little bit different and certanly less traditional.
Our family has spent years in many different facets of the restaurant industry in hopes that one day we could convey our passion and dedication to providing great foods to our friends, family and you, our guest. Welcome to Greenville Avenue Pizza Company. Enjoy!”
